  10. If you are a homeowner doing the work, put "Homeowner" in the field. If the work is being done by a contractor, the contractor MUST be the one to pull the permit. If you are the homeowner, but do not live in the home, then the work MUST be done by a licensed contractor
  13. All contractors MUST be currently registered with the City of Sachse. Registrations expire December 31 of each year. If not currently registered, please submit the Contractor Registration form along with the necessary licenses.
  19. NOTICE TO APPLICANT This permit is issued on the basis of information furnished in this application and any submitted plans. It is subject to the provisions and requirements of the City of Sachse Code of Ordinances, and any other applicable ordinance. This permit is used only for the purpose of allowing construction of a building or structure conforming to the codes and ordinances of the City, regardless of information and/or plans submitted.
