Winter Coloring and Hot Chocolate

Stop by the library this week to pick up a kit containing a variety of coloring pages and a packet of hot chocolate mix! Kids, teens, and adults can enjoy these winter-themed coloring pages while sipping hot chocolate. These kits are available while supplies last.

No Virtual Story Time This Week

Due to the Christmas holiday, the Library will not have our weekly Virtual Story Time on Thursday, December 24. Virtual Story Times will resume next week.

Interlibrary Loan Services Available

Are you looking for a hard-to-find book or movie, or just one the Library doesn't have? The Sachse Public Library offers free Interlibrary Loan services for library card holders.

If we don't have an item you're looking for, Library staff can request it from another public or university library that does. The lending library may then send a copy of the item to the Sachse Public Library by mail or a courier service. Once the item arrives, we'll let you know when the item is ready to be picked up.

Items requested through Interlibrary Loan usually arrive in about 10 business days, however, delays in shipping or processing may affect the arrival date. Although we are able to fulfill most Interlibrary Loan requests, some materials may be unavailable, including reference books and some genealogical materials.
