TEEN TUESDAYS

Teen Tuesdays
Teens ages 12-19 are invited to join us for our awesome TEEN TUESDAY events this summer.

On Tuesday, June 4 at 5:00 p.m., the Perot Museum's TECH Truck will engage teens in hands-on science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) activities.

On Tuesday, June 18 at 6:30 p.m., NASA Ambassador Max Corneau will share information on our solar system, as well as recent discoveries and NASA activities.

The Library will host a 3D Design Workshop for teens on Tuesday, July 2 at 6:00 p.m., where teens can learn how to design 3D objects using computer-assisted design software, which can then be printed using the Library's 3D printer.  Teens are encouraged to bring their own devices for this event.  We will have a limited number of laptops available for use.

Young adult author Sarah MacTavish will visit the Library on Tuesday, July 16 at 6:00 p.m. to share her experiences as a writer.  Sarah is the author of the Firebrand series of young adult novels.
