Best way to prevent the seasonal flu is by getting your annual flu vaccine. Have all eligible household members vaccinated for influenza as soon as possible. The Garland Public Health Clinic has flu vaccines available for both children and adults at 206 Carver Dr., Garland TX 75040 walk-in from 7:30am to 5:30pm.  Most insurances accepted.  For more information, call 972-205-3370.

Best way to reduce the spread of flu or any other virus is to practice good hygiene. We encourage you to wash hands often, keep hands away eyes, nose, and mouth, and cover coughs and sneezes with a sleeve or a tissue.

Please stay home from school or work if any you have any flu symptoms, including fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, headaches, chills, and fatigue, and contact your health care provider.
