Metroplex United Pipe Band takes the stage about 6:30 PM, and will be leading the parade into Heritage Park.

Metroplex United Pipe Band was founded in 2013. The idea was to create an organization that brought civilian and civil service pipers and drummers together. Metroplex United is a Grade 5 competition band and most recently won 3rd place at the 2015 Arkansas Scottish Festival and Games.

Jonathan Fox
Jonathan takes the stage at 7:00 p.m.

Bursting out of Austin, the Jonathan Fox Band freshly blends styles of Americana and Rock with melodic blues guitar and sings themes of youthful individuality, the human struggle, and love and loneliness on their most recent LP "20Something Runaway." Playing to a variety of audiences and ages, Jonathan exemplifies relatable songwriting, a diverse stylistic palate, and memorable rhythms. Fox has played with some of Texas’ most prominent acts including the Randy Rogers Band and the Josh Abbott Band, as well as at venues and festivals across the state.

Daughter Judy Band
Daughter Judy Band takes the stage at 8:00 p.m.

This band has a solid reputation as one of the strongest dance bands in the Dallas area.  These band members have the experience and professional attitude that you will definitely feel in their music.  From the hits of today, classics from the Motown era, country, an extensive collection of disco and, of course, swing music, their chemistry on stage and harmonies make this group a top-notch band.
