The City of Sachse enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy concerning violations of the Code of Ordinances.  The Fire Chief or Code Enforcement Officer is responsible for enforcement of these ordinances.

Zero tolerance is the result of the lack of citizens / property  owners / tenants to maintain their property to the established  codes and ordinances of the City, resulting in citations to be issued.
