Per City of Sachse Code of Ordinances - Chapter 11, Zoning, Article 4, Section 5. Off-street Automobile and Vehicle Parking and Loading, 5.6 (h):

    Parking of boats, trailers, motor homes, etc., shall be allowed in an approved designated area such as rear or side yards.  Parking surfaces shall be of concrete, flex base with asphalt, flex base with a minimum of one and one-half inch gravel topping.  Parking on grass is PROHIBITED.  Vehicles including boats, trailers, motor homes must maintain a side and rear yard setback of three feet (3') from property lines.
