All school zone offenses
that qualify for a Defensive Driving Course carry a $93 Defensive

violations, and equipment violations in a school zone.
TIME
PAYMENT FEE
On
September 1, 1997, Senate Bill 1417 requires a $25 time payment fee to
be collected when a person is convicted of a misdemeanor.
RIGHT

If you
are not satisfied with the judgment of the Court, you have the right to
appeal your case to County Court. If
you desire to appeal, you must post an appeal bond with the court within
10 calendar days of your conviction.
The appeal bond will not be less than double the amount of the
fine and court costs, and in any case, may not be less than $50.
