Sprinklers:

• Fill out a building permit application.
• Provide a copy of plot plan showing location of sprinkler heads and double check valve for new system.
• Present Irrigator's license and Backflow Prevention Certification.
• Fill out Sprinkler / Landscape registration form.
• A backflow prevention testing report is required to be filled out by a certified tester and left in the double check box for final city inspection.
• Add backflow form.
