The Tax Increment Financing (TIF)
Board will facilitate the decisions concerning the TIF District around the
future Eastern Expansion of the President George Bush Tollway, which will
pass through the southern portion of Sachse. The Board is made up of
members appointed by the City Council and members appointed by each taxing
entity within the TIF zone. Sachse City Council appointed five
members of the community to serve on the TIF Board. They meet at City Hall when called by
the Council. Agendas for these meetings are posted at City Hall and
on the website 72 hours prior to the meeting.

FRANK MILLSAP ACCEPTS OATH OF OFFICE TO SERVE ON
TIF BOARD

Mayor Felix presented the Oath of Office to new TIF Board member Frank Millsap at the City Council meeting May 5th.
Mr. Millsap will begin serving at the next TIF Board meeting.
