Family Game Night on Aug. 16 @ 6PM

Calling all families and young readers! Join us for Family Game Night at the Sachse Public Library on Tuesday, August 16 from 6 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. 

Come and discover a new game to play with your family, or enjoy one of our classic board games. Whichever game you pick, having fun with your family is the most important part!

During this event, readers of all ages are invited to spend time with Greta, the Reading Therapy Dog! Reading to a therapy dog is a great way for young readers to gain confidence in their ability to read out loud to others. Greta is specially trained to be an excellent listener, and she loves hearing children and teens read to her!

Closed Aug. 19 for Staff Development

The Sachse Public Library will be closed on Friday, August 19 for staff development. In-person library services will be unavailable during this time, however, the Library's online services will still be accessible.

The Library will re-open on Saturday, August 20 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. for our normal hours of operation.
